Account Executive – Enterprise Sales

Sales | Palo Alto, CA

Mission: Create and grow market for Entytle’s solution in the AE’s territory. Find and win new customers for Entytle every year.

Outcomes:
The Account Executive will:

  • Work closely with the Sales Development team to qualify all prospects to meet growth criteria
  • Acquire 12-15 new customers per year for Entytle’s Aftermarket Engagement solution
  • Develop qualification processes to ensure that each customer has a potential of $300 – 500k annual contract value within 3 years of their initial subscription with Entytle.
  • Meet or exceed quota within 6 months of commencing employment (on a quarterly and annual basis).
  • Achieve $2MM ARR from customers in territory in 18 months and $6MM in 36 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a solution-selling methodology and manage the sales cycle from start to close
  • Learn and understand prospect’s problem statement and present tailored Entytle solution to satisfy need
  • Prepare proposals/quotes, perform and coordinate demonstrations when necessary, whether onsite or via online
  • Close each sale as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Manage complex enterprise sales from business champion to the CEO level, and with a track record of successful revenue attainment (Becoming a “trusted business advisor” to key executives in each account)
  • Continually improve and innovate AE processes for future team members
  • Manage and close top of the funnel pipeline
  • Implement and provide feedback on sales and marketing campaigns as needed
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of at least 4x revenue target quarterly

Work/Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-7 years of quota carrying enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success throughout career
  • Working knowledge of CRM space a plus
  • Excellent presentation and qualification skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively communicate Entytle value proposition
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, Google Apps, and a working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Must be able to thrive and adapt in a fast paced, competitive environment
  • Excellent follow up skills and professionalism
  • High energy and a positive attitude a must
  • Willingness to travel (possibly extensively)
