Many of the world’s largest B2B manufacturers make enormous investments in serving their customers. Over the years they generate an amazingly rich trove of data about interactions with their customers. Unfortunately, this information resides in multiple, disparate systems, most of which are not connected to one another.
Entytle was founded to address this opportunity. Purpose-built to serve the needs of those responsible for products and service revenue from the installed base, Entytle Insyghts was developed by working with a number of leading B2B manufacturers. The platform assembles data from multiple, siloed systems, then uses predictive analytics to identify usage patterns and customers segments, and delivers opportunities for spare parts, consumables and services sales. Early customers have experienced tremendous results including increased opportunity conversion rate and transaction size, and significant increases in revenue compared to their previous approach. Results from Insyghts are integrated directly into a customer’s existing CRM such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics, eliminating the need to manage and learn new processes. The approach results in demonstrable ROI: net new, high probability opportunities at an incredibly low cost.
Based in Palo Alto, California, Entytle is an exciting and dynamic company that delivers the first enterprise SaaS platform dedicated to installed base revenue growth. We are passionate about our products and the results our customers experience.
